TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website and any services booked through The Iconic SL, including chauffeur-driven scenic drives, event rentals, and on-set car hire. By using this website or booking a service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS

  • Bookings must be confirmed via our contact form or direct communication.

  • A deposit or full payment may be required to secure your booking, depending on the type of service.

  • All prices are quoted in ZAR (South African Rand) and include VAT where applicable.

  • Final balances must be paid before or on the day of service, unless otherwise arranged.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled booking may qualify for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may forfeit the deposit or incur a cancellation fee.

  • Rescheduling is possible depending on availability and must be discussed at least 48 hours in advance.

CHAUFFEUR-DRIVEN POLICY

  • The vehicle will only be driven by a designated chauffeur provided by The Iconic SL, unless otherwise agreed in writing before the booking.

  • The chauffeur reserves the right to end a ride early if safety, intoxication, or misconduct becomes an issue.

VEHICLE CONDITION & AVAILABILITY

  • The Mercedes-Benz 450 SL is in good condition and regularly maintained, but due to its vintage nature, availability may occasionally be affected by mechanical factors or weather.

  • If the vehicle becomes unavailable due to unforeseen issues, we will do our best to offer a suitable alternative or a full refund.

LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

  • The Iconic SL is not liable for any delays, accidents, or losses caused by third-party factors (e.g. traffic, weather, or venue access issues).

  • Passengers use the service at their own risk and are expected to behave respectfully toward the vehicle and staff.

USE OF WEBSITE

  • You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose or to interfere with its functionality.

  • All content, photos, and media are the property of The Iconic SL and may not be used without permission.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved under South African jurisdiction.

CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the most recent version.
