BOOKING DISCLAIMER & WAIVER

This Booking Disclaimer outlines important terms that apply when booking a service through The Iconic SL. By confirming a booking, you acknowledge and accept the conditions below. This helps protect both you and us by setting clear expectations and clarifying responsibilities on both sides.

SERVICE AVAILABILITY

While we take every reasonable step to ensure availability of our classic Mercedes-Benz 450 SL, bookings are subject to the vehicle’s condition, weather, mechanical reliability, and other unforeseen circumstances. The car is well-maintained, but due to its vintage nature, last-minute issues may occur.

 

In the rare event we are unable to fulfill your booking due to such circumstances, we will offer to:

 

  • Reschedule your experience at no extra cost, or

  • Provide a full refund of any amount paid.

 

We are not responsible for indirect costs (e.g. venue hire, third-party arrangements) affected by such changes.

LIABILITY & RISK

You agree that participation in any of our services, including being chauffeured in the vehicle or engaging with it during a shoot, is done at your own risk.

 

  • The Iconic SL and its representatives are not liable for injury, loss, damage, or theft unless caused by proven negligence on our part.

  • You accept full responsibility for any intentional damage caused to the vehicle or property during your booking.

CONDUCT & BEHAVIOUR

We reserve the right to refuse service or end a booking early if:

 

  • Guests behave in a disrespectful, reckless, or unsafe manner.

  • There is evidence of intoxication, abuse, or conduct that may endanger the driver, passengers, or vehicle.

 

No refunds will be issued in such cases.

WEATHER & ROUTES

Scenic drives and experiences may be adjusted due to weather conditions, road closures, or safety concerns. We aim to maintain the spirit of the journey and will do our best to provide alternate routes where needed.

USE OF LIKENESS & MEDIA

Unless otherwise requested in writing, you grant The Iconic SL permission to use any photos or videos taken during your booking for promotional purposes (e.g. website, social media, ads). We’ll always do our best to showcase you respectfully and tastefully.

AGREEMENT

By booking a service with The Iconic SL, you confirm that:

 

  • You’ve read, understood, and agreed to the terms above.

  • You’re over the age of 18, or have legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
